Returning Veterans Project
Chow Down for Vets is a special fundraising event to benefit Returning Veterans Project.

Returning Veterans Project (RVP) supports the healing and health of our Veterans and military communities by connecting Veterans, Service Members, and their Families with free, confidential mental and physical health services. RVP Clients use our online directory to access individualized care from a network of highly-qualified volunteer providers, without any fees or strings attached.
Since our founding in 2005, we have been removing the barriers to mental and physical health services so those we serve can have free, confidential access to the care they need.
Mission
To provide free, confidential mental and physical health services for Veterans, Service Members, and their Families in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Vision
An improved quality of life for Veterans, Service Members, and their Families.
Values
We believe it is our collective responsibility to offer support, healing, and access to mental and physical health services for our Veterans and military communities. We believe Veterans, Service Members, and their Families have the right to:
- Mental and physical health services without stigma or judgment
- Confidential services from their provider of choice
- Easy and timely access to the health services they need
